Three Refreshing Summer Smoothies!

Hey Nice Girls, with the summer heat really starting to pick up, we thought it would be a great time to share some of our favorite smoothie recipes with you guys!  There's nothing better than a cold, refreshing, smoothie on a hot summer day!  Smoothies are great because they'll cool you down on a hot day, but they're also a healthy, guilt-free snack!

This first recipe comes from onelittleproject.com and it is so simple!  All you need for this Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie is three ingredients!  Gather 1½ cups of frozen strawberries, 1½ cups of lemonade, and ½ a cup of vanilla or strawberry yogurt.  Blend them all together and there you have it!  This smoothie is so tasty and easy, a win-win!

This next smoothie tastes just like the Aloha Pineapple smoothie from Jamba Juice!  For this smoothie you need: 1/2 a banana, sliced, 1/2 a cup of strawberries, sliced, 1/2 a cup of fresh pineapple diced, 1 cup of crushed ice, and 1/2 a cup of vanilla greek yogurt.  Throw it all in a blender and you have a delicious and healthy smoothie!  You can find the full recipe here.

This final smoothie is great because it's a little more unique than just your average strawberry smoothie!  For this smoothie you will need: 3 cups of chopped watermelon, 1 ripe peach sliced, 1/2 a cup of plain coconut milk refrigerated, not canned, and a handful of ice.  Blend up all the ingredients and garnish wish some mint when served!  This smoothie is great for a hot summer day by the pool with your girls!
