How can I confirm that you received my application?
When your application is submitted via Greenhouse, you will receive an auto-reply email. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam, and if needed, reach out to careers@littlewordsproject, and we will confirm if we received your application.
After applying, I was asked to take a “Culture Index Survey” — what is this?
This is a survey that all LWP candidates take. The Culture Index Survey helps us learn more about you. It identifies your inherent traits and gives us insight into how you will contribute to the team. Please note that there are no right or wrong answers, nor good or bad results!
How will I know if I have been selected to move forward with the process?
If you are selected to interview for a position, you will receive an email from the LWP team.
What can I expect during the interview process?
The interview process varies from role to role. However, most positions involve a few interviews, a project, and reference checks.
How do I know if the role has been filled?
We will email you when a role is filled. Please note that some of our positions take a while to fill; we will get back to you as soon as possible, but please be patient!
Does Little Words Project offer remote or hybrid work options?
While most of our HQ roles are located in person in Mountainside, New Jersey, there are rare instances when we have a remote role available. If a role is remote, it will be noted on the job posting.
