For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. If you selected rush shipping, you should receive your order within 3-4 business days. If you have an international order, please allow 5-10 business for your shipment.

Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Little Word® you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 15 days of your order.

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to get a Return Authorization form.

  1. Email orders@littlewordsproject.com, please include the reason for your return, as well as your order number
  2. We will send you a Return Authorization Form with explicit return instructions
  3. Please note, we are not responsible for the return shipment should you decide to send your bracelet back, instead we suggest you pass it on to someone who needs it more!

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Warranty
Little Words Project® offers a Lifetime Warranty on each bracelet; however, your bracelet must be registered, and you must provide us with a picture of the damaged item.

If your bracelet suddenly breaks off your wrist and was not put under any added stress, we at Little Words Project like to take that as a sign that your word has run its course, and you no longer need its encouragement anymore! We do offer to fix your bracelet upon receiving its broken remains. Tarnishing, and ordinary wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

We do, however, reserve the right to refuse fixing your bracelet if we believe the item was intentionally damaged or had been misused. To open a discussion about a broken bracelet, please contact us at orders@littlewordsproject.com.
